Which Premier League team will go furthest in Champions League?

Just thought I'd throw this question out there for debate. So Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham are the Premier League's representatives in this season's premier club competition, and right now all look set to progress to the last 16.

Chelsea have topped their group with five wins from five. Tottenham and Man Utd lead theirs, but face a tricky last couple of matches to secure progression. Arsenal now lay 2nd in theirs, but only need a win at home against Partizan to make it through. So who will go furthest? Here are my predictions ..


Quarter Finals - Arsenal, Tottenham

Semi Finals - Manchester United

Final - Chelsea

I don't think an English side will win the competition this season, as Real Madrid and Barcelona are very strong. But I don't fancy the Italian sides either, and think Chelsea could be the biggest challengers to Spain's giants.

Even though they are the weakest domestically, I fancy Spurs to go furthest! Impressive against Inter, and are good enough to beat anyone on their day! Also got nothing to lose

Everything will depend on the draw for the next stage. I see Manchester United or Arsenal battling for the final spot.

But after watching Real Madrid a couple of times now they are the team to beat.

Very true about the draw! Worryingly for Arsenal, second in the group means they could get Real or Barca in next round, which could mean game over! If Spurs top their group, then Man Utd and Chelsea will want to avoid Inter!

The Champions League draw always ALWAYS throws up great ties, so lets hope!
