Hull City Falsely Confident
June 16th 2008 15:47
Soon to be relegated Hull City, aren’t planning on changing their pre-season training for their upcoming run in the Premiership. Manger Phil Brown, stated that he doesn’t see why Hull should need to change their routine, but I say that’s because he understands Hull City doesn’t have a chance at lasting more than one season in England’s Premier competition. Why put in the extra work competitive play requires, when you can just sit back and take the extra television money Hull will earn, and make a better Coca-Cola Championship team, because they understand they just don’t belong with the big clubs.
But that pretty much goes for Stoke as well, I think the only team with even a remote chance of staying afloat is West Brom. So Premiership bottom half table clubs rejoice, there’s only one spot to worry about falling into for next season.
Although I’m still unsure about West Brom, so except for the recently promoted clubs, the Premiership could look exactly the same for the 2009/2010 season.
