Arsenal Poised For Restructure

(Arsene's Philosophy Has Seen Better Days)
Arsenal are poised to lose a ton of their best players, and are in position to gain a ton of star players. If you believe transfer rumors that is. Such as the rumor that Hleb has already been offered a deal from Barcelona for a four year contract worth £15million, which seems completely unlikely.
Gilberto Silva is reported as being likely to leave, apparently for Panathinaikos, which I see as actually being a possible transfer. As Silva has expressed interest in leaving London in the past.
Supposedly Wenger is behind a £19million bid to acquire the services of one Andrei Arshavin from Zenit St Petersburg. Despite the Russian club’s asking price of £24million, the move would be better for Arshavin than transferring to Chelsea. As Arsenal are more likely to develop his talent for playing in the top-flight, whereas Chelsea will leave him on the bench if he’s not up to snuff. But I doubt Arsenal as even having a chance of getting Arshavin, as Chelsea can throw more money at Zenit St Petersburg than anyone.
Wenger is also linked to lining up an offer for Samir Nasri, which I see as being more possible than acquiring Arshavin. Another more likely true target being Falcao. I can see the Colombian as being ready for the big time, and what better club to start at than Arsenal. Wenger is great at developing stars. So Falcao can turn into a star, and then leave because Wenger is great at bringing out talent, but not putting up money for it.
So those are just the new ones for today, not to mention Adebayor’s supposed exit for AC Milan or Barcelona. Fabregas even being linked to a possible transfer out of London, and if the captaincy is pulled from Gallas supposedly he will depart also.
Meaning if any of this is true Arsene Wenger is set to lose his team, to some extent. Showing the cracks in his leadership as well as philosophy. Wenger looks as though he cannot keep Arsenal playing together, hurting the team severely. Considering that even if the club keeps together, the way the organization seems to be slowly breaking apart will stop Arsenal from playing like a team.
Too many egos developing, and Wenger may not be strong enough to suppress them.
I'd also like to make note of an article I've read on Sepp Blatter's interesting comments toward's the Ronaldo saga, going so far as to compare Ronaldo to a slave for not being allowed to leave for Madrid.
